"Build a Website for Free" by Mark Bell **

The text "Build a Website for Free" by Mark Bell provides an introduction to the many ways in which websites can be built along with online references for further study.  The original intention was to use the text to help identify ways to improve the UC News website, http://www.uphamscornernews.com, hence the wiki title: ucnewsreview.pbworks.com.

The author discusses wiki's in part V of the text, so as a test of the PBWorks wiki, we opted to create one to take notes from the text.  The notes reflects the wiki author's current state of knowledge (Nancy Conrad not Mark Bell):

  • Chapter skipped if not interested
  • Sections skipped if information familiar
  • More in depth notes for information that is unfamiliar or interesting
